PODCAST

Dinner for One is a podcast about the healing power of food recorded in a Montmartre kitchen. Listeners are invited into my kitchen as I highlight the sometimes painful, usually comically, perpetually confusing but, ultimately illuminating experience of living in Paris all while making a delicious meal for myself.

In each episode, I try to remove the rosé-tinted glasses view of life in Paris by sharing the raw, funny, honest, and inspiring truth about what it’s like to overcome heartbreak and confidently follow one's own path all while living far away from the comforts and familiarity of home. I use food—making simple dinners for one—as the ultimate form of self-care. With every sprinkle of this, a dash of that, and a slow stir I nourishin my mind, body, and soul.

Since its launch, Dinner for One has been featured in The New York Times, The Guardian, Time Out Magazine, and France 24 among others, and evolved into a book.
